DS Web Design Rebranding
What started as just a simple redesign of our old logo, has turned into a fully rebranding, new logo, new website, new social media, and hopefully some new clients. Which is a good thing, since it’s been years since the look has been updated.
How It Started
It all began a long long time ago in a galaxy far far away …. lol.
Like any good design it starts with an idea and a color palette. Once we started on we started with the roughs of the logo, the palette turned into an easy choice, choose colors that not only reflect us, as company, but our beautiful surrounding in the Pacific Northwest.
Inspired by the beautiful sunsets we get here, we decided on the palette above.
The Logo
With colors chosen, we went to work on a logo that defines us more.
The ” < ” and ” > ” and the starts and end for all your coding tags, which is what we do. The fountain pen nib, leads to the design work we do here. And the crown over it …. well that was little bit of fun, that shows we are the kings of what we do.
The Final Result
With a palette chosen out and a new logo it was time to get started on a new website. Granted we could of just recolored our current site to match, but we wanted something a little more dynamic. So we went to work and I feel like our new website really highlights what can be done today with proper web design and development. It’s beautiful, dynamic, and fast.
As you can see there are drastic difference between the 2 sites. I could tell you about all of the new feature, but I would rather you explore the site and find them yourself.
